REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through GoDomains are final. Due to the nature of domain registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, email services, and other digital products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been successfully processed.
This applies regardless of:

Changes of mind,
-
Misspellings entered at checkout,
-
Domain already being owned by a third party,
-
Registry restrictions or eligibility failures.
2. DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS
2.1 Non-Refundable
All domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
2.2 Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:

Carefully check spelling and accuracy of domain names before checkout,

Select the correct TLD/extension (.bh, .qa, .ae, .com, etc.),

Ensure compliance with registry eligibility rules (e.g., documentation for .bh or .qa).
2.3 Exceptional Error Handling (Typos)
If you notice a spelling mistake or other error after purchase, you may contact us at support@godomains.bh within 24 hours of your order, quoting your Order #. While domain registrations are generally irreversible, we will make every effort to assist and, if technically possible, help you register the correct domain. Please note this is not guaranteed and remains subject to registry availability and rules.
2.4 Registry Restrictions (BH Domains)
Certain restrictions apply to .BH ccTLD registrations. For example, family names are prohibited. If you register a family name, the TRA Bahrain registry will delete the domain and no refund will be granted.
3. HOSTING, EMAIL & SSL SERVICES

Hosting, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SSL certificates are non-refundable once provisioned.

No pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time.

If a service cannot be delivered due to factors beyond our control (e.g., registry or third-party refusal), we may, at our discretion, provide an account credit for future use instead of a refund.
4. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & BULK ORDERS
Discounted purchases, coupon codes, promotions, and bulk domain registrations are also non-refundable. Please see our Discount Terms for full details.
5. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
We treat chargebacks very seriously. By purchasing from GoDomains, you agree that:

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge after services have been delivered may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your domains and services.

Accounts involved in chargebacks may be permanently blocked from future purchases.

GoDomains reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses, legal costs, and damages resulting from invalid disputes.
If you experience a billing issue, always contact billing@godomains.bh or support@godomains.bh first. We will work with you to resolve problems quickly and fairly without the need for chargebacks.
