DISCOUNT & PROMOTION TERMS

These terms apply to all forms of discounts offered by GoDomains (Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L.), including but not limited to:

  • Discount Vouchers

  • Coupon Codes

  • Promotions (seasonal or campaign-based)

  • Bulk Domain Discounts

All discounts are subject to these general terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion.

1. GENERAL RULES FOR ALL DISCOUNTS

1.1 Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined unless expressly permitted.
1.2 Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale and Website Terms of Use apply to all orders placed using discounts.
1.3 GoDomains reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any discount, promotion, or bulk pricing at its sole discretion without notice.
1.4 Discounts are applied before applicable taxes, regulatory fees, or ICANN/registry fees (where applicable).
1.5 Expired or invalid discount codes will not be honored.

2. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS, COUPON CODES & PROMOTIONS

2.1 To redeem, you must enter the relevant code at checkout.
2.2 Only one voucher or coupon may be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Vouchers and coupons are valid until their stated expiry date, or earlier if withdrawn.
2.4 Vouchers and coupons do not apply to subscription renewals or recurring billing products (renewals will be charged at the standard published rate).

3. BULK DOMAIN DISCOUNTS

3.1 Eligibility – Bulk domain discounts are automatically applied when purchasing multiple domains in a single order, as per the pricing tiers published on our website or as communicated in a written quote.

3.2 Non-Transferable – Bulk domain discounts apply only to the specific order in which they are used and cannot be transferred to future renewals or other accounts.

3.3 Exclusions –

  • Premium domains, reserved names, or registry-designated high-value domains may be excluded.

  • Certain TLDs (ccTLDs, nTLDs, or specialty extensions) may not be eligible for bulk discounts. Eligibility is determined by the registry and our pricing agreements.

3.4 Renewals – Bulk domain discounts apply only to the initial registration period. Renewals are charged at the standard published renewal rates unless otherwise specified in writing.

3.5 Abuse Prevention – GoDomains reserves the right to refuse or revoke bulk discounts if we detect misuse, including but not limited to:

  • splitting orders to unfairly trigger discounts,

  • using multiple accounts to circumvent fair usage,

  • registering domains solely to resell at unfair advantage.

3.6 Changes to Tiers – Bulk discount tiers may be updated from time to time. The applicable discount is the one displayed on our site at the time of checkout.

4. RIGHT TO VARY

GoDomains may revise these terms at any time to reflect business needs, regulatory changes, or updates to bulk pricing models.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Discount & Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
